1. Use of the Extension

FreeSea provides an automated AI browsing assistant (Echo). You understand that AI models can make mistakes, hallucinate, or perform unintended actions. You are fully responsible for the actions performed by Echo on your behalf.

2. Privacy and Data

We do not collect the content of the pages you visit unless you explicitly trigger Echo on that page. Your API keys are encrypted using AES-256-CBC and are securely stored on our servers. They are decrypted in memory only when an API call is made and are never transmitted to the browser extension.

3. Guardrails

FreeSea includes built-in safety guardrails to prevent navigation to malicious or adult websites. However, these lists are community-driven and automated. We do not guarantee 100% coverage. You can propose new safe domains via the dashboard.

4. Account Deletion

You can request account deletion at any time from your dashboard. A grace period of 14 days applies, after which all your data, history, and keys are permanently erased.
